Position: Site Engineer
Salary (gross): 10,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND per month (negotiable based on capability)

Main responsibilities:

Manage construction progress and quality at the construction site.
Plan and manage assigned tasks in accordance with the approved project schedule and overall timeline.
Collect specific requirements and feedback from the site.
Evaluate and report daily/weekly progress of work teams and subcontractors.
Support and mentor newly hired site engineers

Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Gross salary: 11,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND (Negotiable based on capacity and experience)
Gender: Male/Female
Age: 20 – 32 years old
Main responsibilities:

Quantity and cost estimation: Calculate and take off construction quantities, prepare cost estimates, and submit to superiors for review and approval.
Price negotiation: Analyze and evaluate unit prices from subcontractors and work teams to ensure cost-effectiveness and reasonableness.
Contract management: Draft, review, and monitor construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and budget, for submission and approval by the superior.
Cost control: Monitor actual costs against the approved budget, identify deviations, and propose optimal solutions.
Department coordination: Work closely with the design, construction, and finance departments to ensure both schedule and budget are met.
